Believing comes from a process of knowing the Lord...even the apostles struggled to believe what Christ had told them. But the more He did for them, the more they believed!

"Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding."

The lord Said, so to say that you shall not go unto the father but by me. Is all humanity dammed who do not pray through Jesus Christ. God has created many people and many religions. I do not doubt anything in the Bible, but the audacity of people astounds me. In Revelation chapter 19, as Jesus descends from the heavens on a white horse, with flaming eyes, white robe, and the armies of Heaven with Him verse 19 says...And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, come together to make war against Him who was seated on the horse and against His army.....I just cannot understand how people would still not believe after seeing this miracle and then try to fight Him. I'm amazed.

Let me share with something that was shared with me regarding faith -- God provides enough evidence to make faith a reasonable thing, but He leaves enough questions unanswered so as to still require faith.

Meaning, there will always be some things that we struggle with (to whatever extent), BUT, it's also true that God has provided more than enough evidence in general Creation and in special revelation (the Bible) to leave me without meaningful doubts about what I still don't understand.

Sometimes I doubt Gods love...or that God is Love. I feel abandoned by God at times and I see all the hurt in the world....I just don't get the love concept. I still see God as the daddy upstairs that disciplines us. I feel more disciplined than loved. Yes , I know that parents who love their kids discipline them. But why are little kids molested, killed, etc...?
