EXACTLY! Like you needed to know about surgery, if you had to have your appendix removed. I'm an unbeliever, and an evolutionist (another group that gets asked a lot of questions) because I trust the knowledge and capacity of scientists, and because the little I understand makes more sense than the opposing ideas. That does not mean I have to know all the answers. Actually, it's believers who want all of their answers, and who want them right now. I can wait. I prefer to have fewer answers, but sure ones. And backed up by solid scientific proof, that doesn't have to be accepted 'on faith'.

i do no longer ask technological know-how questions right here. it could be stupid as maximum believers haven't any clue, and various the atheists right here are not clinical wonders the two (I contain myself in that.). Why we make people who ask questions like those look silly is using the fact they fail to even ask a proper question various the time. i attempt to furnish authentic information or superb them, to show out that that is silly of them to attempt to %. aside something they themselves have definitely no actual awareness of. EVOLUTION has no longer something to do with the origins of the universe or existence! it quite is the biggest puppy peeve I genuinely have! in case you want to talk approximately Abiogenesis, or Biogenesis, or the super Bang theories, then handle the questions that way! various want to act as though the thought of evolution is an all encompassing concept whilst it is not! various are, regrettably, being misinform and getting sue-do technological know-how information from the clergy, extremely than doing some basic information superhighway searches to a minimum of get the terminology superb! And it could be constructive in the event that they could connect us interior the 21sth century! various want to apply mess united statesfrom scientists that lived a hundred or greater years in the past! we've made greater advances on condition that Darwin and Pasture. They have been restricted via the technologies that they had and so on. So attempting to show out the fallacies of their findings is, properly, stupid. Scientists understand the place they went incorrect. they have on condition that performed added learn and are available to diverse conclusions. no longer something that makes Darwin's over all theories incorrect tho. in simple terms the a number of components. and added greater, if i think somebody quite has a interest to learn approximately technological know-how, then I take them heavily. yet maximum in this section do no longer. if that they had a real interest, they could be posting the questions interior the technological know-how section and not in R&S.

actually if you wanted to be even a little bit honest you would acknowledge that this thread was started by an atheist. Jim Darwin began it in the R&S section. Maybe you should ask why atheist ask questions in here instead of in the science section.
OH yeah, honesty has nothing to do with your goal.

I wanted to know the opinions of the people who believe in evolution least to get a understanding of their psycological reasoning. If I posted my question in the scientific area I would get nothing but approval.

Why are you in the R & S section if your not asking R & S questions. Wouldn't your section be more like scientists sections. And if it is so that you atheists are more intelligent, what significance is it? You know if you say that you don't believe in God, you have to recongnize he exists in order to not believe in him.

Because just like right now, atheists hang out in the R/S section. Guess they are a little curious. Hmmm........

I don't ask science questions here, but one might be tempted to from all the atheists posts claiming they "believe in science" rather than [insert your own epithet]. Maybe they just get confused about your real expertise.

The Evolution questions definitely belong in here. You have to have a lot of faith to extrapolate millions of links between all species from what they actually have.

They don't want their fragile, archaic beliefs to be shattered, so they ask us, feeling an answer from an "immoral" atheist would justify their belief.
