Do something along the lines of Shoulder length hair. I would think about something that is layered, and flips out. If you draw attention to your hair like so, it will complement your facial features. No bangs, but you can use swipe over bangs that are longer that that..(ones that tuck behind your ears)
If you are to part your hair, I would say a little off to the side. Don't part right in the middle, but about an inch or two off to either side. If you want to keep your round face hidden, don't put your hair up. If you leave your hair down, this helps a lot.

Hope my answer helped you. Take care, sweetie!

not shoulder length, if you go with a shoulder length you will make your face a square, so a bit longer is fine, definitely no bangs. Do not worry too much about it though, cause you are only 13, your face will change as you grow older and you will loose some of those cute cheeks, i used to have them too, they are so gone. So enjoy your cheeks now =]

Shoulder length blunt-cut. Part your hair in the middle or off to the side. No bangs, it will make you face look shorter and wider. I hope this helps!
