ok this guy lives behind me says that I can not keep my 2 dogs caged in a small area of space and he says i have to keep them in the house and since that my dog keeps barking and he says that caging them up in a small space is illegal?messed guy huh and he says he gonna call animal control to take away my dogs and I lie in Nevada Las Vegas.

oh and we let hem out everyday also my other nieghbor has 3 dogs and they bark 247 and he not complaning to them also he opens every window 247

Call animal control on him! Ask them if there is anything wrong with what you are doing or the best way to make things a bit better. If you do that, you will be on their record for when your stupid neighbour calls them. They will already know your side of the story so they can put your stupid neighbour in his place. If it gets too bad, you can always call the cops on him for verbally assaulting you or disturbing the peace. Nothing like a record to shut someone up. Good Luck!

Barking laws are in effect in most counties. The space you keep them in cannot be too small either. Bring the dogs into the garage at night to eliminate barking after 9:00 P.M.

Dude that so called crazy guy seems to be correct in my opinon. By law if a dog keep barking you half to keep it in a house depending on were you live and you cannot keep a dog in a small area all day long.

maybe hes right. if your dogs are barking alot then I'm sure they are bothering him.wouldn't it bother most of us .maybe the space is to small.maybe that's one reason they bark all the time. i would think that it well start to smell if not cleaned every day. im a dog owner (that's a secret we haven't told him hes a dog ) i don't allow him to bother the people around me. there use to being in a small space so why cant you buy medal crates and keep them in when your not home. then there should be no more problems.

If your dogs' barking is a "nuisance" to your neighbor, he's within his rights to report you to Animal Control. They'll send an officer out to check on your dogs and their housing situation. If they determine that the dogs are improperly confined or cared for, they can cite you on the spot and confiscate your dogs (if they believe the living conditions are unacceptable).
Be proactive. Call AC yourself and ask about the laws in your area concerning the confinement, vaccinating, and licensing of your dogs, and what constitutes nuisance barking in your area... and then follow whatever advice they give you. If your neighbor then files a complaint, you can refer AC to your previous call for instruction and assistance, proving you were doing your best to obey the law.

Honestly, that does sound a bit cruel, especially to animal control. Just move their cage inside: there you go, you don't end up on an episode of animal cops or villainized by vegeterians, the end.

see you later as he heavily isn't a foul boy, is in charge, strong aspect of the regulation, then issues would workout consultation. or you'll basically finally end up searching after his 3 babies even as he's away at reformatory.
