i am sure little emmy here wouldn't reconsider. She is too stuck on herself to think of the welfare of the puppies.

I am sorry its not emily like she lied in her profile name its Melissa Gordon.

Any other lies you care to confess to?

Depending on the age of the dog, the litter is usually anywhere from 2 to 6 puppies. Often first-time mommies have larger litters than older moms. If you want to know how many pups your dog may be having, you can take her to the vet and get an xray or sonagram done. The scans will show the pups' tiny skeletons and allow the vet to do a head count.

It varies from litter to litter, but 2-6 is the rule.

if that is a concern, you need to spay your dog, there are too many maltese's and other dogs that are homeless because of irresponible ownership. Please have your dog spayed! I have worked at an SPCA and have seen the after math of people breeding their dogs, I had to euthanize dogs every week because there were not enough homes!
please reconsider!
