Well, it means that you should learn Spanish

Basically in Spanish you have thirst, you have hunger and you have luck.
You are not thirst, nor are you hunger nor are you luck.
I hope that makes sense.

So, in high school Spanish you are taught to use those words as tener expressions.

You cannot say muy because that means very. You are not saying "I am very lucky" but rather I have a lot of luck. That is why you use mucho, which means a lot. Suerte is feminine so you should say Tengo muchA suerte.

Hope this clears it up. The other posts are correct as far as saying Tengo un poco de suerte and Tengo un poco de sed. I am not Hispanic, but I do think that sediento is not quite as common as saying Tengo sed. As a teacher I would question the word sediento because I would know that you did not get it on your own.

Yes that means I am very lucky but the right way to write it is Tengo mucha suerte, I am a little bit lucky is like "tengo un poco de suerte" and I'm a little bit thirsty means "Estoy un poco sediento (a)"

"Tengo mucha suerte" means "I have a lot of luck" and "I'm very lucky"! Yes, it does mean that you're VERY lucky. It's NOT okay to say "Tengo muy suerte" because "I have very luck" doesn't make sense and it's NOT okay to say "Estoy suerte" because "suerte" is ONLY used as a noun and "I am luck" doesn't make any sense, either. If you want to say "I'm (very) lucky", you would say, "Estoy (muy) afortunado/a". "I am a little bit lucky" is "Tengo poquita suerte" and "I am a little bit thirsty" is "Tengo poquita sed".
