You might want to look into weight watchers and a good exercise program. I lost 30 pounds doing weight watchers alone!

Eat foods that "God made" ONLY! This will limit the things that you can eat and they will be healthy. Have foods with a lot of protein, that will fill you up. Chicken is great! Water will trick your body into thinking that it is full-have more water. Plus, water will do wonders for your skin. Exercise a bit. Doesn't really have to be much. Just march in place while you watch your favorite TV shows. Park father away from your destination, that kind of stuff. Pickles are great for making you feel full and get in the habit of having no pop or pop with no calories. Water will really help with a bunch of stuff. Quit whatever else you are drinking and have a bunch of water. I didn't think that water was so great until I started having tea, I didn't like water from the tap much. Now, they have those "flavored waters" and the are the beverage of choice for me.
Have a good time watching the scale become your friend!

Depending on your weight, Lap-band surgery could help. Gastric Bypass surgery, as well.. however gastric is a lot faster to lose the weight than the lap-band is.

I had the gastric Roux-en-Y.. I lost 50 pounds within the first 2 - 3 months. I lost my additional weight.. 116 overall.. over the next 8-9 months.

However i think you have to do regular exercises for long periods(not from the very first day increase gradually) and also you have to reduce your intake(it depends what you take regularly and how much is your weight at present).Make up your mind and I am sure if you have strong enough determination then you will achieve the desired results within this time.

Get a treadmill and put it in front of a TV. If you watch tv, work on the treadmill. If you work on the treadmill then you can watch tv and you can be entertained while you are doing it. If you need to sit get an exercise bike and do the same thing. Also, eat less junk food and more healthy food but don't be a glutton.

i don't promise the 50 pounds. but it willbe close. i lost 26 pounds in 3 months. BIG DEAL count only fat grams not colories. just fat grams. eat no more than 15 grams of fat a day. read everything before you but it. i did't exercise. for instant a piece of steak the size of your palm is good a potato is good fillup on salads and no fat dressing. bead is not fattening contrary to believe. i never was hungry. but now i still have to WATCH it. i can never go back and eat like i used to. try it and good luck. i am jumping for you

Why that date?....well anyways here's what I do:

jog for 30-60 minutes
eat healthy
only drink water and milk
do some strength moves for your troublr spots(I do tons of crunches, pushups, and donkey kicks for my booty)
eat only when my stomach is growling and take a bite every thirty seconds then stop when you're full

that's about it and it's simple and works for me.....good luck!!!
