I met him at work. We've hung out a lot, I always thought that we shared something special. But it isn't until now that I realize it isn't that. He flirts with many girls. The girls he tells me he likes, he seems to be more interesting and passionate in talking to about. He knows I liked him. He ignored it.
I thought it was over and that I could get over him. But I came back to work after a month (btw this is a youth program and food bank) and everyones all like yahh we missed you. He saw me and hes like hey. But he seems to have gotten really close to the other girls. He flirts in kiddy ways, but he talks to me in a respectable way. We are great friends.
I don't know, at times I tell myself he likes me, he respects me. But i think its just as friends.. do you think?

Sounds like you've got his number -- your on his 'just friends' list.
However, if you really want to know I think you need to ask him, or have a friend of yours ask him. Or write him an email or letter to ask him. And it sounds like not knowing for sure is bugging you, so I definitely think that you're going to have to get it out of him one way or another.

Your totally in the friend zone.. im sorry i know its hard especially if you have feelings for him The only way for him to know it though is for you to tell him. I suggest teling him if you want out of the friend zone.
