Don't hold your breath, use it. Visualize the negativity and stress dissolving into black smoke and exhale it, imagining that it dissipates harmlessly in front of you. When you breathe in imagine a pleasant, healing white light flowing in and through your body. Keep cleansing yourself in this way until your whole being is glowing with white light. Another helpful method is to think about people who are less fortunate than you are...I wonder how stressed out your everyday North Korean is feeling today? Or the kids in Africa?

hold your breath, count down...no....drink. take tranks, take men, take walks, take shops, take anything, just take what you want, wake up one day and say. what do I want.......and go and get it. i.e. less stress.....give in to yourself honey.
