yes,, just look up his relatives,, a friend of his,, someone has to know,, its good to look at the police depts records and find arrest reports etc.. alot of work but it can be done,, a private eye from there can be helpful,, i myself work here in texas,, unless he does not what to be found,, it's harder that way,,
