You obviously think it's cheating. Who and what is more important to you, you have to decide. It might seem like fun now but once the truth is out... yeah, it sucks!

Yes it is cheating. Innocent flirting at work often turns into more.
You need to establish boundries with your co-workers that allows them to be friendly without them trying to get more.

I don't think so.I do the same thing exspect I don't work with this person.If you aren't physical with this person then I wouldn't worry about it.Keep talking and flirting.Like the saying goes you can look but not touch
