For the people that posted prayers for my mother, I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart. My mother's surgery went great today 10/11/06. The surgery took 5 hours, considering her condition, the doctors were amazed at how great her body held up. I'm glad it's over with. Thank you all again and most importantly, I thank God, in Jesus's name.

I am so happy for you and for your Mom...even though I didn't know, and I was not one of those who prayed for her, I will praise God that the surgery went well, and pray for her rapid recovery.....

Praise God!! It's really none of my business, but I'm just curious as to what type surgery she had. My mom had a liver transplant 10 years ago (had a rough time at first- but is in amazing health now...thanks to prayer and God's work!!). So, I know the nerves you must have had! I'm so happy your mom's surgery went well!!
