weeks after I take them out. So in the interim, my hair will be rough, real rough. My natural texture is spongy and SUPER thick. How should I do my hair for the two weeks in between? Please keep in mind I exercise and sweat 2-4 times per week, and I work in a professional office. What nice, professional styles are there that are easy to maintain and easy to take out after a couple weeks?

Lesson all you have to do is take out the braids go to the salon and have them give you a hair relaxer starting off with a regular virgin hair relaxer. After you get you hair relax you may want to eight er had some hair extensions just to give you some body or you may want to ask the stylist to roller set your hair and then wrap your hair them after that so that you may have the body and style to best suit your face.

Just try to style your hair as natural as possible to keep it manageable when you go to the salon. If you feel you need to wash your hair, just condition it with using shampoo. Try conditioner that will strengthen your hair without breaking it, try pantene pro v for African American hair.
