Got chips and some basic veggies? Roughly chop 2 or 3 tomatoes. Add some minced red onion, finely chopped cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper. I also like to add one or two minced chipotles and a couple tablespoons of the adobe sauce that the chipotles come in. Lastly, freshly squeeze some lime juice into the salsa till it has the desired consistency. I make lots of salsa, but usually vary the ingredients and amounts based on what I have on hand.

craving something sweet but not TOO filled w/ calories? Put one or two small scoops of vanilla ice cream in a cup, add some milk, then mix in a few dashes of cinnamon<< I know it sounds weird but it is so good!

salty need? take some raw oats and mix with any kind of nuts u have on hand, some choco chips, dried cranberries/raisins/etc. and anything else u think looks good<
feel like being really unhealthy? make nachos in the microwave by melting cheddar cheese on top tostitos. if you want a dippin sauce, melt together salsa, cheese, and sour cream in microwave(kinda gross but my bro really likes it)

one more option-- pop some good ole popcorn and maybe add something sweet (like choco_ to it

enjoy!!

Top a flour tortilla with ham, 2 ounces low-fat shredded Monterey Jack cheese and chunky tomato salsa. Cover with another tortilla and microwave or fry until cooked. Cut into quarters and enjoy!
