i'm asking because i just had some apple juice that tasted absolutely like alcohol, i can't tell if someone spiked my drink or not

what do you mean like rubbing alcohol turring into real drinking alcohol? The answer is NO. sorry

Where would you find 100% alcohol? It is possible to upgrade 95% alcohol to 100% but it is rarely done. Supposing that one had 100% alcohol, it would retain that purity until someone diluted it.
