Place of eternal torment? Oh, you guys mean that place that the jews got form the Zoroastrians,(A group most of you would call heretics) after the persian liberated them from the babylonians during the intertestimental period in Jewish history.Funny how you like to bait people with heaven and scare them with hell-can't say I'mma shakin' fools!

Slicky boy, my mind absorbed your religion's garbology for years as a pentecostal sunday school teacher and a music minister in the messianic movement.Save your pitiful attempts at spiritual elitism for someone dumb enough to care friend! Keep having fun with your beliefs little lamb-Baa-Baa-Baa.

I don't even answer my door for convert seekers let alone give them my e-mail addy-I know all of the evangelical tricks and attempts to relate to "The World" as an ex-Xtian rock musician just to get people infected.Maybe you should go proselytize to some surfers DUDE.;)

Moviemiss, I do base Xtianity on your messiah and your bible.A man who taught suffering and self denial as virtues and a book that glorifies death and decay. That's why I hate it, Rue the day when it no longer exists, and have chosen the Xtian adversary as a symbol of outrage against Xtian tyranny and oppression.Hail Satan.

I am a Christian dude and I agree with you. Christians are some of the biggest hypocrites and reasons not to believe that there are and that is something that an unbelieving world finds simply unbelievable. Don't focus on the bad parts of anything or you will never find anything good enough to focus your time on.
By the way it's not the Christians you want to spend eternity with it's GOD and those types of Christians may not even make it there. So think about this, if you don't make it and they don't make it then you will still spend an eternity with them, wouldn't you rather spend it somplace glorious, and peaceful.
your thoughts please. If you want email me at houseoffun5@yahoo.com and we can continue this discussion
GOD loves you so very much, don't turn your back on Him anymore.

There are many people I have wondered if I would want to spend forever in heaven with and would rather go to hell instead of being around them for eternity. The people that died in the World Trade Center attack probably won't want to be around the radicals that killed themselves in suicide wiping them off the face of the earth.
I think we will be shocked at how few people are in heaven.

If you don't want to go that's fine.
If we are able to approach the throne of GOD with all of obvious flaws and ignorance I am sure a fine individual such as yourself should be able to walk up and slap him silly no? Maybe our righteousness is because of what Jesus did, not because of how we act. Though we should resemble Jesus in some respects, I know many of us fall way short. Self included.
May GOD richly bless you anyway.

I would, and am, You on the other hand, cannot understand these things, nor does your mind have the ability to .
1Cr 2:14 But people who aren't Christians can't understand these truths from God's Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them because only those who have the Spirit can understand what the Spirit means.

I would. Don't base Christianity on all Christians. People are not perfect and can be aggravating---even to other Christians. Base Christianity on Jesus Christ and the Bible.

Well, what an unkind remark. I may not be perfect, but I will be in heaven. I hope you rethink this sort of comment.
