For interactions between middle schoolers, what team activity can achieve that?

A really fun team builder is getting into teams (3 or more per team) and building a balloon tower using 12-15 balloons and tape. There's a time limit and the team has to work together to build the tallest and most stable tower. It's fun!

Trust. A person faces away from the group and the group gets close to that person. The person is supposed to fall backwards trusting that the group will catch him. Remembering that you tell the group to catch the trusting person.
