For days I have been obsessing over this one girl, and today i finally worked up the courage to go talk to her. Homecoming is coming up in 3 days so I thought i should ask her soon. I was talking to her and I asked if anyone had asked her to homecoming yet. and she told me no. then we said our goodbyes and i thought it went pretty well. even though i chickened out and didnt ask her to the dance. After that she told the whole girls team. by the way im on cross country. well my friend, he is a guy told me what they said and she said she didnt want to go with me, so my friend asked her why she doesnt want to go with me, and she said because she isnt sure. Ive tried my hardest to impress her. I dont know if it is working or not. either way im just not sure if i should ask her, and ive got very little time left. Can you help me????

OK, kid..Here goes. Many girls your age are obsessed with how they look to the other girls, always wanting to date the captain of the football team to show thier friends up, you know. She's probably holding out for something to come up to impress her friends, so here's a tip. On the last day before this dance?, go for the hottest girl you can find, cause if a chick doesn't have a date by then, she'll be chasing the mini-bus to get one. Staying home will completely devastate these shallow girls.

It will be better if you muster courage and ask her whether she is willing.Do not go on the sayings of others as many times they have scores to settle and many a times the girl does not want to tell the truth too the third person.Whatever it may be you should try face to face yourself at least you will have the solace that you tried your best.

Youll never know unless you ask man. So I say go for it youll prolly be nervous but go through with it in the end it will either be worth it or youll just be back where you are now. Give it a shot.

You were brave the first time you spoke to her so I reckon you can do it again. Ask her to the dance, she can either say yes or no.
I think that if she admitted that no one else had asked her to go then she was waiting for you to ask her.
If she didn't want to go with you then she would have told you that someone else had already asked her.
One last bit of advice.....just be yourself.

MIght as well ask you got nothing to lose. But prepared that she might say no. Can you handle rejection? If she does say no, don't sweat it too much, EVERYBODY gets rejected sometimes. It doesn't mean other girls are not going to like you.

go for it man. girls will respect that you had the courage to ask. But don't leave a paper trail (notes) or anything, ask her face to face.

If you know that she doens't want to go with you.. then dont make her say no. If you really like her dont make her have to reject you, i dont think anyone would want to do that. Maybe you can find someone else to go with. It doen'st have to be a real date.
