It's a toss up (get the pun?). Actually the worse mess was when first married and a 10 pound bag of rice spilled into the shag carpeting we had in our apartment. UGH! If you are too young to remember shag carpeting it was a nightmare. Believe me, when I tell you the people who lived in that apartment after us probably still vacummed up rice after we left and we lived there for 2 years!

I would rather drop the sugar simply for economic reasons. The coffee I like to drink is over $9.00 per pound. A five pound bag of sugar is about $2.00. I would be happy to go with the extra clean upthe sugar would creat.

It would have to be sugar, because coffee whether in ground form or bean form is still easier to clean up. I love coffee.

Hmmm...I think dropping a bag of sugar because the granules are much smaller and harder to see. In addition, it could get into cracks and then ants would have a FEAST and keep coming.

That's my answer, and I'm stickin' to it! :)

It has to be the sugar. It can be a sticky mess that will attract bugs and crap.
It makes me think that I'm a clumsy dumbass.
