I really like this girl, but i dont know how tell her because ive never actually talked to her. How do you tell someone you dont know you like them with their friends next to her?

Maybe you should first become her friend before you tell her you like her. She may be totally different than what you expect.

This kinda takes balls but it works, dont go over, in a group shout out her name a couple of times she will turn and look at you so will quite a few other people but what the hell, say - word for word- Hey I just wanted to say that I really like you and you look really good today. Hey you got it off your chest now everybody knows but so what? I f you get to talk to her person to person say to her, i was wondering if you would like to take me out some time. What you are doing is being jokey and direct at the same time, if it doesnt work out you can always pretend you were just messing with her. Moochie

dont tell her you like her if youve never talked to her.
bring a pencil up to her and say, "did you drop this?"
then start a casual conversation if you get the right body language.
