Just wondering what a guy thinks it means when a woman he's having a relationship with says "I've fallen for you".....and is it something he remembers (even if he claims to be someone with a bad memory)Thanks!

Of course, although he may not remember the exact day or time or maybe even the month, but he will always remember. The surroundings or some place special to him or you may help when or if he forgets.

He should definently remember when his girl would tell him that if he cared about her. I would add more but thats about all you can say yes it should be something hed remember.
