A cat if spayed properly CANNOT become pregnant. If she does the vet should be responsible. Did someone give her to you and just claim that she was spayed so as to be rid of her or do you know for sure? If she appears to be pregnant take her back to the vet (or another vet) and find out for sure. The poor cat may be ill.

no. if the female was spayed properly it cannot get pregnant. the vet. ties the tubes of the oviduct and therefore the egg cannot be released and the cat cannot get pregnant
