With 6 grams of the highest quality protein and 14 essential nutrients, eggs provide the energy needed to keep you going. They're the natural choice for an active lifestyle.

Taking a supplement such as Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly is a natural substance from the bee hive that contains trace amounts of many wonderful nutrients to give you energy, stamina and vitality. You can buy it at any drug store including Longs (its actually on sale there right now!!)

Drinking green tea is a energy booster too!

Remember to drink plenty of fresh filtered or bottled water also and get an adequate amount of exersize. Even if u feel like u are lacking energy, take a 30 min walk and u will have more energy then u did to start with!

WELLL....

first off, it depends why you've no energy!

Old age? (if so, vitamins?)
Medications? (lower dosage, if possible?)

Here are some options:

Drink an energy drink
Eat an energy bar
Exercise (people think it wouldn't increase energy, but it does).
Drink some caffeine
Eat a Hershey's Chocolate Candy Bar (I ate this when on medications and was drained - sleeping 14 hours a day).
Take some caffeine pills
Take a shower to wake you up!
Rock back and forth (it helps increase energy and it relaxes the body muscles/nervous system)
Jump on a trampoline
Ride a bike
Change your dieting habits (if you're starving yourself or not getting enough foods that you need, eat what you need e.g. fiber, veggies, fruits, etc). Meaning basically; change your food habits, regardless of dieting or so forth.

That's all I can think of right now, although, if you need more help, feel free to email me at Luvs2Write16@aol.com.

Good luck!

Best wishes.

Take care!

Michelle

Maybe you have low blood sugar. What do you eat? Try staying away from carbs like bread, pasta and cereal for a while and see if that helps. And sugar. Try something like eggs with wheat toast for breakfast, or a protein shake. Make sure you do eat breakfast. Then have something to eat every three hours, but not sugary, not fruit. You can have whole grains, yogurt, salad, veges like cut up celery and cukes to snack on, cheese sticks. Eat almonds, avocado, a protein but low sugar low carb bar. Try it for a week and see if you feel better. Don't forget, eat small and often.

You should have your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) checked. Also if you are in your early fifties have a complete hormone panel done - go to a decent doctor maybe one who understands in bio identical hormone replacement. Look up hypothyroid on the net as well as its symptoms. Do you have any?
