It might be because you touch that part of your face with your hand more than any other part. Maybe you lean your cheek on your hand without even thinking about it, and the oil and dirt from your hand gets on your face. What I do is keep a bottle of hand sanitizer with me and use it whenever I think about it and on my desk at work. I am always leaning my face on my hands and since I have started using hand sanitezer a lot I have had less problems with breakouts

I'm not a doctor, but I do know that your face has many sebaceous glands, which are the glands that produce oil. Your face also has alot mor porous skin than other parts of your body. It could be that these pores are larger on that side. Just try using a cleansing soap for acne on that side, and regular face soap on the other. Kepp the right side scrubbed clean, and use a good toner for awhile. If this doesn't work, then do consult a dermatologist. I'm not sure how old you are, but normally most people out grow this once out of adolescence.

Do you sleep on that side? If you sleep on that side your face is backing up in it's own oil. You're alway rubbing against it (with the pillow) and it's causing irritation and pore clogging.
