Isn't love one of the basic needs of human beings? What if you are one of the unlucky ones who has never found a soulmate? I know that God loves us, but don't we need something more than that?

Yes, love is a basic need of human beings....but we have to love ourselves before another can truly love us. I don't like to think of anyone as unlucky, maybe you are just a late bloomer. When you get older you will learn to enjoy your own company (if you make the effort). Find hobbies that get you out and involved with other people, this is also a great way to meet others. When you have hobbies or interests that get you out of the house, you will become happpy with yourself and that will show to others. Good luck.

Lots of people go through life without a soul mate. Even when some people get married it is not to their soul mate.

Yes it is possible to be happy when you have no love in your life. You have to want to make yourself happy and not just sit there and feel sorry for yourself because you have no significant other in your life.

If you think about it and you say that God loves you then why don't you put your faith in him instead of looking for someone else.

Believe me when you least expect it someone will come into your life that will love you and want to take care of you. It never fails, if you are looking that special someone chances are he/she will never come along.

Give it time and it will happen for you but in the meantime do something with a friend like playing Bingo or something like that you will be much happier.

Yes it is very possible to be happy in real life even if you don't think that you have any one to love. First yes God loves you , but do you love you. If the one thing in your life that is building mountains all around you to a degree that you are so empty an lonely. You may want to stop. and ask God to help you to love you. And then watch and see who begins to show up on the scene. Good luck

Love IS a basic human need, but we can love & be loved by other people besides a soulmate. Friends & family, for example.
I don't define happines as a lack of need or want. Since my divorce, I DO wish for a soulmate & I hope to find her someday. I think this would fulfill me, but I can still be a complete person unto myself, whether or not I ever do.
Am I making sense?

Yes God loves you but do you love God? Yes we can be happy without a mate.If you are lonely without a mate and you trust God pray for your soul mate and see what happens. Don't be to fast find something else to do with your time. That way you wont think about it.Enjoy being alone and someone will come along when you least expect it. ( a watched pot never bolds)

Yes it's possible.Love isn't everything you know. It's just a big part of life. Some people live without love. It's better to be loved than loving a guy/girl because he/she might break ur heart.

Yes! If you have family, or are doing something that really interests you, that could be your love. It's all in the mind.

Tell yourself what I say to myself

"99 problems and a ***** ain't one"

I love that line. My life sucks and no one loves me, but I don't have many troubles either.
