please i need to find out ! i have the worst nighbors ! any ideas please ! i need help

YOU SEE IM NOT ALOUUD TO SUNBATHE NUDE So i cant jus expose myself ! or the nieghbors would tell my parents

I assume from the q that you don't have a fence that provides sufficient modesty. Look for when the neighbours go out, or go to a side of the house where they can't see you, or buy a big umbrella to put up and obscure their view (without blocking the sun) or build a box to tan in, that blocks their view without blocking the sun.
I am lucky. My pool fence is high enough that no one can see in, so I can suntan topless (Mum won't let me suntan nude) without anyone other than invited guests seeing me.

If you are sunbathing nude, so open with your body, why are you so concerned? Perhaps you should just go to a tanning booth place.

I used to sunbathe on the roof of my house there was a flat spot and it was out of viewing range for the neighbours,,,,,,,,,, or tanning booth

try some modesty, a tanning booth gives one a place to tan all those spots that shouldnt be shown in public.
