You should only take medical advice from a Doctor. I would see one if I were you could be serious or could be psychological either way you need to know the answer- in case it is serious.

I've been thru something similar - certain parts of my head feel like I don't know what, maybe electricity - and eventually I felt a slight swelling where the sensation was strongest. A doctor decided it was a neuroma (for some reason, a nerve produced a cyst which travelled along the nerve until it reached the surface of my scalp) and it had to be removed. The lump grew back within a month and was cut out again. And again three months after that; but that time, the doc left nothing behind, even removed health tissue around the cyst (I saw it - looked like a grey hairy jellybean). That was about 12 years ago and resulted in a bald patch on the back of my head. Now I'm experiencing the same weird sensations in several locations on the same half of my head and waiting for another surgery date to excise the lumps.

What ever you have is there whether you see the doctor or not. It is probably nothing to worry about and the doctor can tell you that. It may be something that is easily fixed. If that is the case, the doctor can tell you that too. Just make the appointment and see what the doctor says before your imagination gets the best of you.

You are scared to see a doctor, so now what are you going to do, try to get a diagnosis from some high school kid on Yahoo Answers? No a good idea, see a doctor.

It sounds like nerve root impingement in the upper portion of your neck. Go see a good Doctor of Chiropractic and have him/her do a thourough evaluation of your head and neck. This is a fairly common problem, but it can get worse if not evaluated and treated correctly.

Good luck and God Bless!

Ok. there is so many thing that can cause that feeling, its not so much a wet feeling as it is a tingly feeling (feels same though) you should ask yout doctor, and dont worry to much about it most of the causes are not that serious

I would be afraid not to see a doctor. If it is a serious problem it's best to go and find out. Please don't wait. If it is serious it could get worse. Maybe it isn't serious but you won't know until you you see the doctor. Good luck.

It sounds sensory related. Go see a doctor. Like i told a friend, It is better to go and get bad news then die in ignorance.

Just go see a doctor. It could just be a muscle spasm but i would recomend a doctor either way just in case.
