It was the longest I had went without drinking beer in quite a while.
I promise never to go that long again without drinking.

Being that I am a recovering alcoholic and addict I would say that you do--but only by what you have posted. You need to look at the whole picture--do you have a problem setting alcohol down when you clearly have had enough or can you set a limit and stick to it? If you answer yes to the first part and no to the second part you may want to seek advice from a professional. Having a drinking problem does not just mean with one type of alcohol nor does it mean that you have to drink every day to have a problem. I wish you much luck my friend.

It depends how much you drink, and for how long. More than 2-3 a night and you are poised to become an alcoholic, if not totally addicted allready. You are joking about your alcoholism as if its something to be proud of. You sir, are in denial, and think its humorous. When you are disfunctional, and your health is crumbling, it wont be so funny. Quit now while you still have the mental faculty to ask this question. "Do I have a problem?" Yes. Are you willing to change. No. You have allready promised to remain on the highway to alcoholism

I would think so Alcohol should be a treat or a reward not an every day kinda thing i think that you might want to find a local chapter of AA and just sit in if your ready to admit that you have a problem yet. You are the only person who can change you behavior. You can change You can become more then a person who drinks nightly You can do anything you put your mind to. believe and you can change. You make your own fate. you are your future how do you want that to be? YOU!!!

I dont know. I guess it depends on how much you drink. If you think about drinking all the time..maybe you have a problem. I drink a couple beers every night and I don't think I have a problem. I will probably get a beer belly tho. Not cool. :(

Yes. Beer is probably safer than wine though. Depending on what amounts you drink. I hope your young, having a good time and not creating a lifesyle you may regret.

That depends on other factors. How much you drink, how fast you drink, whether or not you crave alcohol, etc. Try not drinking for as long as you can, if you find that you can't seem to go without it, talk to someone. Find someone that's a recovered alcoholic and ask them to help you get started quitting.

if your only having one beer a day? no. if you're having more than 2? yes.

theres a very fine line between leisurely drinking, and all out abusing a substance. you've got to realize this, before your liver makes you realize it for you.

my father in law died 4 years ago, while he had alcohol poisoning many times in his life, he did not die from it. his organs slowly shut down (slowly enough he actually had no idea what was going on), and soon he found he hadn't gone to the bathroom to take a #2 in two weeks. (no joke) he checked himself into a hospital, and found he had gangrene of the colon (he was rotting from the inside out). they estimated he had literally days left to live. everything slowly shut down after about 48 hours, and his heart stopped beating. he was a very abusive man when drunk, and my husband can count the number of memories he has of his father being sober on one hand. watch out! this could be you in 10 years!

Only if you drink to much. There is nothing wrong with drinking beer every night, there are millions of people that do it, and have no problems

wine doesn't dehydrate you as fast as beer. Also...Wal-Mart has 5 litre boxes of wine for less than $11
