I am interested in any info. on how I may be able to enroll in a free culinary cooking class.?

I love to experiment with all sorts of new and exotic dishes. I watch all the cooking programs on cable and would like to expand my knowledge in this area. If anyone can help in this area it would be greatly appreciated.
