i have a tricky situation. I like my friend "joe" and he has a girlfriend "jill". i talk with joe a lot and he's told me that he likes jill, but also likes someone else in town. we flirt a lot, most of it instigated by joe not me, so im pretty sure that im the other girl. joes birthday is soon and im really torn on what to get him! mines right after his so i know whatever i get him will reflect in his gift to me. help!

im thinking movie giftcards...but i dont want to guilt him into taking me to the movies.

What is the big deal about a gift - sounds like you want to guilt him into getting you something. Get him a card, and give him best wishes.
