don't use va te faire foutre, it means, f*ck off.
one good one, which will show you know somthing and that you made an effort is, mon petit chou d'amour - my little cabbage of love. it bit like "honey" but more affectionate
and below doesn't make sense, but what he is trying to say is rude and you don't want to say it

Many people have been helpful already, so I won't add to those. However the first answer and the one just above mine about fishing for mackerel in your mother's ..... are not helpful !

first off, just so you know, don't take Larry C's answer. Va te faire foutre means f*** u in French. I mean, unless you're really mad at him, then that'll definitely throw him off...maybe even break the ice!
Anyway, here's some suggestions:
- 'je t'adore' [ju tador] (I adore you)
- 'appelle-moi!' [apel mwa] (call me)
- 'mon p'tit chou' [mo pti choo] (my little cabbage litterally, but it's like 'sugar' or 'honey' or 'my sweetie' in English)
- 'je t'aime' [ju tem] (I love you)
- 't'es fou' [tay foo] (you're crazy - it can sound affectionate!)
- 'on y va' [oneevah] (let's go)
- 'merci mon amour' [mercee monamoor] (thank you my love)
- 'genial!' [jayneeahl] (awesome!)

I've been teaching French for several years and I love helping out people with this sort of thing, so if you have anything specific you want to say, feel free to ask!
