What is the best organic?

If I wanted to invest in organic for the health of my family,which of the fruits/veggies are the most important to buy organic?

Everything! The whole concept of Organic Foods is that the food does not contain pesticides, fertilizers, and it is not Genetically modified.

Consider this. When a farm sprays pesticides on its crops, do you think for one second that a mere washing will remove the pesticide. No way. Therefore, there is a little poison in the food. And of course, it doesn't kill you right instantly.

But how about a little poison everyday for say 40 years. Why do you think there is an epidemic of cancer, tumors, and other ailments. A little bit of poison everyday.

Thus you might think organic food is expensive. However, the cost of fighting a tumor or cancer is truely expensive. AND the non-monetary cost is even greater like the pain, loss of family, and etc.

Also, I bet if you did a cost analysis of buying your conventional food and all the junk food, you'll probably discover that if you bought just organic food, that it would be the same.

Trust me, go with ALL organic foods. I used to get headaches all the time but that went away when my wife secretly changed our diet to organic foods. I told her that I didn't get headaches anymore and she told me that we are eating ORGANIC FOODS for the past 3 months. That opened my eyes forever. I've been eating organic food for 2 years now. I've never felt better.

The only thing I heard that it is not necessary to buy organic is bananas and pineapple, they say try to get everything else organic. Including, dairy-(Amish chicken it is raised without antibiotics.
