romantic dinners (homemade, not out to eat)
make him know how special he is by cooking an amazing recipe. there's some on http://www.bettycrocker.com/ . make him know. then, you can take him dancing. or go to a place that's pretty expensive. you can make him a present you know he'll love and put it in a basket that has ribbons on the handle and is filled with roses. anything that says i love you and is romantic.

u can tell if ur boyfriends the one when he respects ur wishes like u don't want to have sex until ur married etc. he calls u to find out how ur doing. he tries to agree with u or compromise with u the best he can. also u don't fight with him hardly. When situations become bad, he tries his best to work out the problems without yelling etc. He takes care of u when ur sick and defend u against those who want to harm u mentally or physically. he remembers ur birthday always and has a lot in common with u. He's open with u and listens to u clearly. he looks into ur eyes. when ur out with him he doesn't look at other women cuz he has respect. he accepts an invitation to meet u somewhere and makes it on time! He appreciates the things u do for him and gives u that confidence that u need. Gives u complements to give ur self esteem that booste. These are all things that a guys is suppose to be! Oh an he's honest with u 2!

if he was the one you would know because when you meet the one when you wake up in the moring hes all you think about and the only guy you want you want to be with him every second of the day and asking that question most likely hes not the one

Honestly, if you have to ask...he's probably not. You just know. Yes, that's a ridiculous answer, but anyone will agree. It's just a gut feeling. There's no secret tests you can do or little tricks to figure it out. You just know.
