I'm trying to figure out if this one girl likes me. One day I was walking to work and she come running and waving and says Hi buddy! Seeing how I only met her once before I was somewhat wtf? Then another time she's all friendly again but makes fun of my accent, but other than that she was pretty nice. Just trying to make sense of this.

she likes u but doesn't know how to go about it right she is having a hard time knowing what to say, she had a sad attempted at a joke by making fun of ur accent u might not have found it very funny its what most people call small talk ,so if ur single and ur type and u like her give it a try it might become some thing good but keep in mind u should never date on the job it could make for an unpleasant work place.

It sounds to me like she is interested in you at least a little or she wouldn't make conversation. Try asking her out for lunch or a cup of coffee and see where that gets you

She is trying to get to know you. Either as a friend or possibly something more. If she didn't like you, I think she would even acknowledge you as a human being.
