Brown rice is by far the most nutritious. It has the bran layer intact, where all the important nutrients are stored. Don't be fooled by labels, as white rice has added vitamins to make it appear more nutritious than it actually is. Brown rice is preferred by Macrobiotics, a Japanese art/science of healthy and balanced life. Look it up, its an interesting approach to healthy diet. I believe a balance of brown and white (I like jasmine or basmati) is good, so you get the fiber, but not too much of it. Fiber can be hard to digest. Also unique is black rice, grown in china, and available at oriental grocery stores. It has compounds that are not found in other rices, and properties that make it special.

Long grain, brown and wild rice mixed has the best nutritional value because it is all natural and not bleached out. It is high in protein and low in fat. You get 2 for the price of one and the price is not bad either coming in at $5.99 for a 13 oz bag. This can be found in health food stores under the name of Gourmet Valley.
