work it out real slow with tweezers...keep squeezing and push firmly...it will come out eventually..I hate those...ouch....good luck.. ;)

Suck it up the pain isnt that bad lol. And if you cut the layer of skin above the sliver will come out easyer, dont cut to deep jsut the dead skin above it =)

Use some hemorrhoid cream that will numb it after the sliver is out, wash it well and use first aid cream and a band-aid

put oragel on it, it will numb up and then try to take it out, be sure to wash it and keep it dry, good luck
