Bend knees all the way stick feet under sofa or armchair, do crunches, do lots of crunches, just hold your hands on the side and a little forward or hold them on your chest. raise up 15/20 degrees and go back down again, under control, do them quickly like you really mean it, no whining. Do 40 rest 30 rest 20 rest 10 then you have done 100! Then go eat a really big slice of pie and repeat! Moochie.

The best way to do a situp is to have you legs in the air and then touch your chest to your knees. This works muscles in your lower abs which otherwise do not get worked doing "normal" situps.

Legs down. It gives you more strain on your abs. But don't worry. You want the strain, because it forms the muscle on the abs.
