I need something to suppress my appetite (I tend to eat way too much) and give me energy to make it through my workout (an hour of cardio and 20 minutes of weights). Any recs?

ok to say it in one way, dont take weight loss pills they may seem alll nice and wonderfull in the begining but trust me when you stop taking the pills your weight will come back in double and that is bad and sometimes if you dont stop taking diet pills your body might want more pills then when you started and it will still not be the same results as when you started

I don't know about medications for weight loss. But the lipo 6 pills from GNC worked for me.
