Christopher Columbus came to the new world aboard the Santa Maria. The other two ships in his fleet were the Pinta under the command of MartÃn Pinzón, and the Niña under the command of Vicente Yáñez Pinzón.
So the answer to your question is the Santa Maria. Columbus never sailed on either of the two until he took the Niña back to Spain after the Santa Maria was destroyed.
