from dust...... vacuum all over wash sheets in hot water and if u want put plastic on mattress and pillow................ eek bugs we all have em!

Get some SSS Avon and splitz on your bed.
Bugs do not like anything oily,
Put garlic bulbs in your window seals and under mattress so bugs will not get into your room or bed.
