Do you use the computer alot? Sometimes it will cause wrist pain. Carpal tunnel is what it is called. Or maybe you have been lifting something heavy. If it continues you should see a doctor. But first tell an adult that you live with maybe they can give you some suggestions.

I see a chiropractor because of the type of job I have requires that I use my hands allot.
Sometimes I dislocate the wrist bones, which causes it to ache and then my other hand or wrist will hurt as sympathy pain for the hand which is out.
Go see a doctor, left unchecked, could cause more problems up your arm and then your neck.
It will take longer to heal if you wait to long.
