yes its a brizilian martial art. that was used in the slave erar when the slaves were not aloud to practice martail arts so they made it look like dancing, i think im correct thats the very basic understanding that i have

yep capoeira.....brock said the truth i know some moves too the chick uses somes moves from capoeira in turbo jam. it really works your core well if you are using it for a fitness purpose.

Yeah I've seen it and from what I've seen I'm not impressed (in terms of being useful). It looks good as a dance though.
