not at all. My boyfriend smoked while he was in the Marines, and it was actually very gross. I thoght it made him look a little bit tough... haha. but it is so bad for you and he quit, thankfully, cause i couldn't live with a smoker. I used to live in CA where you can't smoke in buildings or anything and then moved to NV last year... and the bars are so gross to go to and my hair and clothes always smell like smoke when I get home...

What really makes me angry is when people light up while leaving a concert, or a sports game... not caring about anyone around them, even if there are children walking near them. I think it's so rude, can't they wait for a designated area instead of spewing that crap all around them! Bottom line, IT STINKS

It's cool when you have to go out in January to get your fix. Oh, wait, it's freezing cold, not cool. Cancer isn't cool. Always look at the long term effects when you judge something. Also, never indulge in something that there is a program to help you quit (smoking, drinking, gambling)

No! It is a disgusting, addictive habit that will make you curse the day you started. Your clothes and hair will reek of an old ashtray continually and smokers are habitual accident-prone by burning holes in automobile seats, tables, and beds.

If you're considering to start smoking I say, please don't! I've seen people suffering from emphysema needing to quit, but cannot.

I quit smoking in 1965 and never regretted a day since.

Well I used to smoke but not because it was cool. I did it cause it wasa good stress reliever. I stopped and now think it is a disgusting smelly habit. My father died from lung cancer from smoking and my mother is currently undergoing chemo because of cancer caused from smoking. So definitely not cool.

So funny....I just started smoking about 2 weeks ago, to be cool. I am 27 (that is sad I know) BUT I had to quit....it's too much work!!

Like most people that have answered your question i too think its not cool. But when iv been drinking i tend to think it is because for some reason i tend to smoke cigars. each to there own i guess.

I totally agree with Laura...Whether you do or don't - it's an addiction - smokers are hooked on nicotine.
It's pretty easy for the non-smokers to run their mouths and pass judgement...(I imagine they're some of the same people knee-jerkingly banning smoking everywhere)
