If anything after you use a shampoo, use like a conditioner. Rinse out well.

It is suppose to be healthy for your hair but don't use it as your shampoo. Still shampoo your hair just occasionally use yogurt plus shampoo but not at the same time.
I don't use it but i know people who do.
Don't follow "Hannah" advice that's alcohol abuse. LOL

well the lactic acid in it might strip some of the build up off but why would you do this? just like people use milk and sugar on the face for a scrub only if your skin is not sensitive!!! so try it but i would just use shampoo!!!!!!

You can shampoo your hair with cow crap if you want to,this is a free country.Might not work very well though.
