This is a bit of a long question, but if you could lend any advise I would appreciate it
I met this girl about 2 years ago, (for explanation purposes lets call her Mary) I had a bit of a crush on her, and we went out a few times. it was clear that she only wanted to be friends, and that was cool. me and Mary are good friends now. And we hang out with a larger group of close friends, about 5 or 6 of us.
Lately while hanging out in our "group" me and one of Mary’s best friends ( lets call her Jane ) have really been getting along, and I have totally fallen for her. I really want to ask her out but im not sure how. Do I talk to Mary about it, I mean they are best friends, or would that be weird for her. Do I ask Jane Private 1 on 1. Or avoid it all together. I really like her, and I want to show/tell her somehow this weekend ( were all going to jane’s apartment for a party )
Im just scared that if I asked her out it would change our group of friends and make things weird

you'll never know unless you ask. you may want to ask mary about what her opinion is on you dating jane but don't really base your judgement solely on what mary. but her feelings should be taken into consideration b/c you are friends. i say no regrets and just ask jane out.

if you have established this wonderful friendship with mary and jane, whatever u will say to them about having like jane, it will maybe awkward at first but im sure the friendship u had would not be affected. U wont know the result of tis liking if you wont tell it to her. Whatever the consequences, face it and things will fall in to places. I had a friend who got this problem same as yours, and the friendship was never affected in fact it made the friendship grew more stronger even they have their own respective partners.

...You turned on the "just friends" mechanism when you were with "Mary", I suggest you do not the same with jane...
LOL! Mary-Jane....rofl
Anyway, be more confident, and be comfortable taking leadership, girls are more attractive to a dominant male than a non dominant one..but ya gotta be comfortable doing it, or she'll sense it, and that would be worse.....I don't feel like typin' sorry bout that, if you ask when Im on some other time, I'll give you a better response.

i suggest if you are good friends with mary talk to her then again being a girl she is going to atleast tell one person..
so at this party id stay until your the last man standing.. when its just you and jane, talk to her a little and ask her out to lunch or dinner..i think she feel quite special.

Be uncomplicated. attitude him by potential of in line with risk asking him how he feels approximately relationship youthful girls. Then...think of on your techniques which you have ten minutes to stay - what could you have finished in any different case along with your existence ? What strikes could have had the braveness to make in case you have been given a 2d risk. Then say - wow - i'm being given a 2d risk and pass refer to him appropriate to the kind you sense...what are you able to lose? If he strikes away without understanding you lose each little thing.

look if you really like her then you should have the guts to ask her out on a date you know. just get her one on one and tell her how you feel. dont dumt it all to her just explain to her how you feel adn give her a choice let her know that no matter what happens you 2 will always be friends. i am sure she will appriciated. good luck La Loca

talk to jane, private is prefered. just make it easy on yourself and ask her out. at worst u'll feel embaressed for a couple of minutes but if u don't aske her ull feel a pain inside
