ok now i Go out with this chick, Casey, we went out for 3 weeks, i talked to her best friend, Rebecca, and i told her that i really liked casy, and i think i said i loved her too. Now i am going out with Rebecca, and she wants to break up with me now because she thinks i still like casey. I really dont like casey anymore, and i need some help on how i can make rebecca really know ithout a doubt that i dont like casey anymore.

She's probably remembering the conversation that you had with her, where you "think" you said (more than likely did) that you loved Casey! How can you "go out" with someone for only 3 weeks, and fall in love? And then, if that IS possible, fall out of love so quickly and move onto someone else? She probably figures you'll do the exact same thing to her. I don't blame her for not believing you!! What kind of a game are you playing with these two?? Easy come, easy go?? How old are you anyways?? GROW UP!!!

There isn't a whole lot you can say to change her mind...it's going to have to be done with your actions...she probably believes you, but you DID tell her you were in love with someone else at one point...(even it was prior to her) And obviosly you still see this other person...so I can kinda understand her initial insecurity.
BUUUUUUT as long as you SHOW her that you like her and not the other girl then she can only not believe you for so long. If she tries to use this against you or makes an issue for too long...at some point you have to put your foot down and say, "Hey if I liked so-and-so then I would be with so-and-so...so get over it"
Now at what point do you put your foot down and tell her to get over it???....That's another answer for another question....

If youd hang out with rebeca more than cassey she might be able to tell. And she could believe you over time. Oh and have fun with that relationship while you can.
