The answer would be a Bedroom facility, but I don't know what it is. Could you tell me what it is? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Generally some form of variable airflow pressure relief mattress. These require special bed frames too, I believe. The best bet would be to web search on wounds and pressure relief. I hope this helps.

I've been a t-4 paraplegic for thirty years and I'm not sure what you want to know. I've always used a firm regular mattress myself, because i can scoot around easily on a firm mattress. If you would like to contact me feel free.
