I'm not particularly fond of the taste of Green Tea, but realize that it is good for people. I was just wondering what would be a more palatable way to consume it, without loading it with sugar, and taking away the essence of what it has to offer our bodies.

I wouldn't add milk to my green tea at all!! I always use a little honey (great for you, without tasting like sugar) and a squeeze of lemon.

I think milk makes it tase yucky. Try some lemon slices and a dollop of honey. Honey might sound just as bad as sugar but its not bad at all! Its actually good for you. Research has discovered honey contains many antioxidents. Honey, unlike addictive bad for you sugar, aids in calcium absorbtion as well. Enjoy your green tea. Also try it iced.. its very yummy.

Your not suppose to add milk to organic herb drinks as they usually don't mix well. They have green tea now in bottles that are chilled which taste better because they have added pear juice to them.

I don't really add milk, but honey is really good in it. You just need about a spoonfull, not too much. Go ahead and try milk though, the worst thing that'll happen is a unpleasant taste.

No. Try adding honey to it. Or try getting one of the "flavoured" green teas eg green tea with orange.

Green tea is foul, drink black tea w. milk and 1 sugar or if you want it healthy honey to sweeten. Black tea has the same antioxidants and flavournoids.
The Chinese are still eating w. sticks, they will discover black tea soon.

Green tea isn't that much better for you than black tea, but yes, you can drink it with milk (I have).
