I've been friends with a guy for a while now and he wants things to go farther. He's a great guy and I know I have feelings for him. I'm divorced and have three kids. He is still a virgin. I don't want something to happen that he may not be ready for even though he seems to be pushing for it. What do I tell him?

Wow, I most definenetly understand what you are going through! Im going through it right now! First of all you gotta look at yourself, and give yourself self worth! When having self worth, you will give your self different levels of worth. So when pondering on this thing, you have to think about you! See, this is where most people usually mess up, they become so consumed with the other person's emotions, and forget thier own self worth! Listen, you are worth so much, and must look at yourself when ever you are making descisions like this! Think about your future, and your children's future! You are a beautiful person with a beautiful heart, this is a lesson for him! Not you! You will find this out in the end! But, just like you always do, you'll make the right descision- you always do when it concerns people! go visit my web site at www.lifecoach.homestead.com, Just call, and I'll even throw in some free help for you! But you will make the right choice! My answer would be........ GO FOR IT! Tell him you want to take it a step closer, but thats it- A STEP (Remember your worth!)

He must be ready. You should feel good about being the choice for making him a man now instead of a virgin. Teach him some old tricks

He is probably going to get hurt anyway. He is a virgin he has no experience and sooner or later he will get hurt.If you don't hurt him someone else will. Let him know that he probably will get clingy and won't be able to stand on his own. He will just need to learn to do this. Sounds like he is very young. Better to have loved and lost then to never have loved at all.

give it a try and see what happens. just remember to be gentle and patient and let it go naturally and it should work fine. communication and understanding is essential because of his inexperience but love will find a way. it always does.

just tell him that you still are not ready and need to heal in other areas first, and that you think that it would be unfair to him and your relationship together if you would start at a time when you are still not quite sure.

Age is a factor. If he is much younger then you, be careful. If you are of similar age have fun.

You can't protect him from anything. If he wants you, and you want him...let it happen.
