he has the fastest hands in mixed martial arts history and if he got his stuff together he could probably challenge Chuck for the title in the rematch. He is a way more technical striker and at his best he is also stronger

Vitor Belfort has been fighting in smaller fight organizations. He recently lost in San Jose, CA. So not sure if he's ready for the UFC again.

Chuck's already beaten him once at UFC 37.5 by unanimous descision. But if Vitor Belfort is able to beat Dan Henderson at PRIDE 32 I think he would be able to get the title from Liddell. Vitor Belfort does have the fastest hands in MMA history right next to Liddell and Belfort is one of the few men who have beaten Wanderlei Silva and by KO.

He never left. He still fights on smaller circuits and will be fighting Dan Henderson when the Pride comes to the US in "The Real Deal".
